I've changed the template for the blog - it now sports a cleaner, less cluttered appearance. One advantage of the new look is that the width of the post section is wider, allowing embedded videos to appear in a standard widescreen format.
The first videos I've embedded in the previous post were shot at the Epica show at Station 4 in St. Paul. Editing of the videos and reformatting of the blog were the main reasons it took so long to get the Epica and Arch Enemy/Exodus concert reviews posted. The videos were shot with the inexpensive Kodak Zi6 handheld video camera, so the quality isn't that great. The audio tracks were edited in GarageBand to remove most of the distortion, except for the Epica video which sounded quite good without any editing. These videos are posted here primarily to give you an idea of how the bands sounded that night. I'll continue to post both pictures and videos in concert review posts whenever possible.
